We are a family cottage bakery. We make pastries and breads, all from scratch, using locally sourced raw ingredients whenever possible. Currently, we participate in the Moscow Farmer’s market, but we are looking to expand our market to the greater Palouse area. We formerly owned and operated a commercial bakery in Palouse, WA, but now operate as a cottage bakery out of a bakery kitchen on our farm in Tensed, ID.
